Some weeks you feel capable and organised – and other weeks it’s like your brain has vanished. Many women with ADHD notice big swings in focus, energy and mood. Tasks that felt manageable last week suddenly feel impossible. You may find yourself thinking: • “Why can’t I just be consistent?” • “Is this my ADHD or my hormones… or both?” This workshop is for women who want to understand how ADHD and hormones interact, and how to support themselves with more kindness and realistic strategies. In this 2‑hour session, we’ll explore: • How hormones (especially oestrogen) can influence dopamine and ADHD symptoms • Common patterns across the menstrual cycle – why some days feel sharp and others foggy • What often happens to ADHD symptoms in perimenopause and menopause • How to plan around “easier” and “harder” days without giving up on your goals • Ways to reduce shame and self‑criticism, and build more self‑compassion This workshop is for you if: • You’re a woman with ADHD (diagnosed or strongly suspect you have it) • You’ve noticed patterns in your symptoms but don’t fully understand them • You are tired of calling yourself lazy, chaotic or “too much” • You want practical, ADHD‑friendly tools that respect both your brain and your body You’ll leave with: • A clearer understanding of how your hormones and ADHD interact across your month and your life stage • Concrete ideas for adjusting expectations and routines on more difficult days • Strategies for protecting your energy, focus and mood without burning out • Language to help you talk about ADHD + hormones with partners, friends or health professionals
