Enjoy being the parent your child with ADHD needs

But I'm so alone in this journey. I don't have all the answers, or even know where to start. The school doesn't know what they are doing either and wants me to tell them what to do. I've never felt more isolated in my life!

Then I've got what you need...

PoCTA Support Group

This 2-hour Support Group meeting for Parents of Children and Teens with ADHD occurs once every four weeks. It provides a community of parents going through similar struggles to you, a deep dive into an ADHD-relevant topic and practical solutions from the collective experience of how to work with your child's strengths and weaknesses.

The first hour of each meeting would concentrate on a pre-determined theme and will have information material that you will be able to take home and use.  Everyone shares how this is relevant to them and what they hope to get out of the meeting, then we discuss 3-5 aspects of the topic and make plans on how to implement our new understandings.

The second hour of the meeting is a social afternoon tea, where we can gather and build connections with others in our community.  Please bring a plate to share.
