A Practical, Relationship-Based Approach to ADHD
ADHD coaching is not about "fixing" you; it’s about understanding how your unique brain works and building a life that actually supports it. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by the "mental load" or stuck in a cycle of burnout.
In our sessions, we move past generic advice and focus on three key pillars:

Empathy & Connection
You will be met with a deep understanding of the ADHD experience. We start by building a safe, non-judgmental relationship where you can be yourself.

Curiosity & Ingenuity
We look beneath the surface of your challenges to find out what is actually happening. Together, we develop unique, "outside-the-box" solutions that fit your specific life.
Meaningful Action
We turn insights into practical, sustainable steps. Whether it's managing a household, navigating study, or setting boundaries in a crisis, our goal is change that lasts.

"Helen has shaped my thinking into a more positive space. I’m less anxious, have better coping techniques, and my relationships are in the best shape they’ve ever been."
Jacqui
(parent of neurodiverse children)
"My daughter felt a sense of relief and is looking forward to tackling her assignments with new skills. This is the most positive she has been in a long time."
Sabina
(parent of teen with ADHD)
Who do you work with?
I work with people across all life stages who are navigating the realities of ADHD. This includes:
Parents of children with ADHD (regardless of the child’s age):
Whether you are supporting a preschooler or an adult child in crisis, I help parents navigate the unique challenges of the ADHD relationship while maintaining boundaries for their own well-being.
Teenagers (High School & up):
I work with teens who are ready to partner in the coaching process and begin implementing the ideas and plans we develop together. Parent involvement can also be part of the process where helpful.
Adults in all seasons of life:
This includes university students, parents, professionals, entrepreneurs, and women navigating peri-menopause or menopause. If you are trying to understand your brain, manage the mental load, and build a more sustainable way of living with ADHD, you are welcome here.
Is ADHD coaching covered by Medicare or private health insurance?
No. ADHD coaching is separate from the medical system and is not covered by Medicare or private health funds.
A helpful way to think about coaching is as a “gym for the brain” — building skills, awareness, and habits over time.
Do you work with NDIS participants?
I am not registered with the NDIS, and ADHD on its own is generally not covered.
Some families with self-managed NDIS funds have been able to use their funding to support coaching. While I do not interact directly with the NDIA, I am happy to:
-
adjust invoicing where possible
-
provide supporting information or reports if needed
