Then I've got what you need...

ADHD workshops and community

Love heart containing words for all the ADHD struggles parents face

Our two-hour workshops happen once every four weeks and are perfect for developing an understanding of ADHD, how it is impacting your life, the tools and strategies you can use to get where you want to go, and creating a plan for implementing your ideas.  There is a complimentary accountability service if you want me to follow up on your progress.

With two groups, one for parents of children and teens with ADHD and one for adults with ADHD, you can become part of a community of people who are facing similar struggles to yourself and truly understand - easing that feeling of isolation.  This community continues online between sessions with a dedicated community within the membership portal or with the downloadable app.

Learn to accept your ADHD or that of your loved ones for what it is, a natural diversity, and find ways to live with it rather than fight against it.
